What makes us different than other charter schools?
Oasis Charter Schools is a municipal charter school system that is sponsored by the School District of Lee County, fiscally managed by the City of Cape Coral, and supported by the Cape Coral Charter School Authority Governing Board. The District is our charter sponsor and together we share strictly enforced Florida Department of Education curriculum standards, and uphold State of Florida educator professional development and training. The City of Cape Coral is our municipal partner. Oasis and City departments combine key financial services, ITS teams, and human resources personnel to create an efficient and impactful community ecosysytem. The Cape Coral Charter School Authority Governing Board approves policies and student-related initiatives. The Board is comprised of seven voting members who are appointed to 2-year terms by the Cape Coral City Council, and four non-voting parent representatives appointed by their school parent organizations.
